Before you start your application please ensure you have the following ready.

To apply for a place at Williamstown North Primary School, please complete the online Application for Enrolment form for each child with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and proof of residence within the school zone. If applying at the same time. Please upload the following documents while completing the form if applicable,

• Copy of applicant’s passport along with proof of visa for temporary resident and permanent resident families

• Most recent School reports and NAPLAN results

• Court orders including family court orders and intervention orders

• Current Immunisation history

• Proof of residence (rate or lease notice, drivers licence or utilities bills)

This form should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete providing you have all supporting information at hand.
